Reservations and Payment

All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. Daily and weekly reservations require a one-night deposit, which is applied to your stay. Monthly RV reservations require the first month upfront plus a $100 electricity deposit, billed at $0.13 per kilowatt hour. Full payment is due upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation fees and refund eligibility vary depending on reservation type and timing. Please review the full policy before booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are posted on our website and provided at the time of booking. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to follow all posted rules and policies while on the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of our policies, without refund.

Property and Liability

You assume all risks associated with the use of our facilities, including but not limited to RV sites, cabins, the event hall, golf cart rentals, and recreational areas. Old River Road RV Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to guests, visitors, vehicles, RVs, or personal property occurring on the premises. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or facilities.

Golf Cart Rentals

Golf cart rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at the time of rental. Renters must be of legal driving age and comply with all posted rules. Renters are responsible for any damage to the cart during their rental period.

Pets

Pets are welcome under the conditions outlined in our pet policy. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests.
