Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds for early departures.

Standard Reservations (1–27 nights) — Cabins Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the first night's stay.

Standard Reservations (1–27 nights) — RV Sites Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the first night's stay.

Holiday Reservations Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the total reservation.

Monthly Reservations (28+ nights) Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit $500 of the reservation deposit.

Golf Cart Rentals All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Are there taxes on RV sites?

No. There are no sales taxes on any RV site at Old River Road. Cabin and cottage stays are subject to standard taxes.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at Old River Road. Breed restrictions apply, so please ask when you book. All pets must be leashed and under physical control at all times. No pets are allowed in the pool area or community buildings. Pet friendly cabins require a $100 security deposit, $50 of which is reimbursed at checkout.

What cabin options do you have?

We have Efficiency Cabins, Cottages, Loft Cabins, and Two Bedroom Cottages. All come with a stocked kitchen, private bath, air conditioning, cable TV, charcoal grill, and patio. Options range from couples retreats to family vacations.

What is there to do nearby?

Enchanted Rock is 25 minutes away. Fredericksburg wine country is 25 minutes. Medina River kayaking is 15 minutes. Bandera and Kerrville are both under 25 minutes. Bluebonnet season runs March through May.

Do you host weddings and events?

Yes. Old River Road hosts weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, cookouts, and private events for up to 200 guests. Your group can stay on site in cabins or RV sites. Contact us to start planning.

What is your cancellation and deposit policy?

A one-night deposit is required for daily and weekly reservations and is applied to your stay. Monthly RV reservations require the first month upfront plus a $100 electricity deposit, billed at $0.13 per kilowatt hour.
